Title: AI Agent Developer

Experience Required: 1–3 year

Location: Noida Sector 94

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:-

1. Develop, implement, and maintain AI agents for automating various business or workflow tasks in digital environments.

2. Design prompt logic, decision-making flows, and functional behaviors for autonomy, reasoning, and interaction.

3. Integrate AI agents with websites and web applications to provide end-user functionalities (e.g., chat bots, automation tools, and copilots).

4. Test, monitor, and improve agent performance using user/system feedback, evaluating outputs for reliability and safety.

5. Collaborate with a small technical team to deliver features from conceptual stages to deployment.

6. Document code, prompt designs, and agent behaviors for future reference and cross-team understanding.

7. Work with APIs and external tools to enhance agent capabilities and system integrations.

8. Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and system optimization tasks.

Core Technical Skills:-

1. Programming: Proficiency in Python is required; JavaScript, AI Agent or other backend languages are a plus.

2. AI/ML Libraries: Familiarity with modern AI/ML libraries—such as Lang Chain, Hugging Face, Open AI API or Tensor Flow.

3. Prompt Engineering: Understanding of prompt design, context windows, token management, and output handling for LLMs (Large Language Models).

4. API Integration: Ability to integrate web APIs for connecting AI agents to plugins, databases, or external services.

5. Basic Web Development: Skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for integrating agents into websites/apps.

6. Version Control: Knowledge of Git or similar tools for source code management.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Set up and maintain WhatsApp automation campaigns via AiSensy.

2. Integrate Zoho CRM/Books with Gmail and Tally for seamless workflows.

3. Configure AI agents for lead categorization and follow-ups.

4. Update and monitor Power BI/Google Data Studio dashboards.

5. Document workflows and create simple guides for team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
