Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end implementation of agriculture projects (pilot to scale).
• Prepare project plans, timelines, and field execution strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (tech, field, data, content).

2. Agriculture Expertise

• Provide technical guidance on crops, soil health, irrigation, pest & disease management.
• Design crop advisory, GAP (Good Agricultural Practices), and intervention models.
• Validate agronomy content used in apps, advisories, and training materials.

3. Farmer & Field Operations

• Work closely with farmers, FPOs, SHGs, and field executives.
• Conduct field visits, demos, trainings, and feedback collection.
• Monitor adoption and impact at the ground level.

4. Data & Reporting

• Track project KPIs (farmer outreach, yield impact, adoption rate).
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management and partners.
• Support research, trials, and data-driven decision-making.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with government departments, NGOs, agri-input partners, and buyers.
• Support proposal writing and project documentation when required.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture / Horticulture / Agronomy

  (mandatory)
• 5+ years of field experience in agriculture projects (preferred)
• Experience in

  AgriTech / NGO / Government / CSR projects

  is a plus

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Indian cropping systems
• Experience in farmer advisory and extension work
• Project management & team coordination
• Basic understanding of digital tools, agri-apps, dashboards
• Good communication in

  Hindi + local language

  (English preferred)
