Qualification:

 

Job Objective:

You shall be responsible for driving business growth and achieving revenue targets through effective market penetration, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships. Apart from driving business development, you shall also oversee the tendering process for timely submission of bid, to secure projects and expand the company's market presence. This role requires a strong focus on market intelligence, value proposition development, and risk management.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Identify new geographical areas market segments & New clients for expansion, developing strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to diversify service offerings, aligning with client needs and market trends.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and client requirements, proactively identifying business opportunities.
  • Implement streamlined processes for managing proposals and bids, ensuring consistency and timely submission.
  • Implement robust strategies to assess and mitigate project risks, ensuring profitability and minimizing setbacks.
  • Ensure timely receipt of advance payments for new orders and assist in payment realization upon project completion.
  • Client relationship management
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and market trends in the Oil & Gas EPC industry.
  • Cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to establish contacts and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop technically sound and commercially viable solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Achieve higher success rates in securing projects through effective prequalification and strategic bidding.
  • Participate in discussions with the Tendering Team for Techno-Commercial Discussions and Order Finalization
  • Monitor and report on business development performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Technology Tie-ups and Strategic Alliances: Identify opportunities for technology tie-ups and strategic alliances with global players.
