Job Description

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) specializing in Talent Management, Reward, and Culture, your role will be crucial in shaping the organization's workforce and fostering a positive workplace environment. Here's a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Strategic Talent Acquisition: - Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy focused on hiring white-collar professionals. - Ensure alignment of talent pipelines with business growth, new contracts, and mobilization requirements. - Sourcing & Employer Branding: - Lead sourcing strategies utilizing various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, placement consultants, and headhunting for niche roles. - Oversee employer branding initiatives including online presence, campus engagement, and partnerships with academic institutions. - Represent the organization at career fairs and industry events. - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job postings to onboarding, ensuring standardized interview and evaluation processes. - Talent Management, Reward & Culture: - Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent needs, succession planning, and capability gaps. - Align reward strategies with organizational objectives in partnership with HRBPs and business stakeholders. - Design competitive compensation structures, including salary bands, incentive schemes, and recognition programs. - Implement tailored individual development plans for high-potential employees. - Drive employee engagement initiatives focusing on motivation, recognition, and workplace culture. - Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and recommend improvements. - Design and implement strategic recognition programs at various levels. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree or MBA in Human Resources (preferred). - 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, rewards, and talent management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. - Proven experience in managing a team of at least two members. - Background in facility management, engineering, or large-scale operational industries is highly desirable. - Strong knowledge of reward analytics, employee engagement strategies, and talent development frameworks. - Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.,
