About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced AGM – Projects with strong expertise in Mivan formwork technology and high-rise residential construction. The candidate will be responsible for leading site execution, quality, safety, timelines, and coordination to ensure successful completion of large-scale residential towers.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage execution of high-rise residential projects using Mivan technology.

· Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, resources, and site progress.

· Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.

· Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.

· Prepare project execution strategies, scheduling, resource planning, and progress monitoring.

· Monitor contractor performance, work progress, BOQ validation, billing certification, and material approvals.

· Validate BOQs, certify contractor bills, monitor work measurements, and material approvals.

· Implement best construction practices and ensure cost & time optimization.

· Prepare and review DPR/MIS reports and submit timely updates to management.

· Ensure statutory compliance and approvals related to construction activities.

· Lead and mentor project/site engineering teams.

Qualification & Experience

· B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred).

· 10–15+ years of experience in Project Execution / Construction Management.

· Mandatory: Strong experience in Mivan/Formwork technology & High-Rise Residential Projects (20+ floors preferred).

· Experience in planning tools like MS Project / Primavera preferred.
