AGM - Projects

As an AGM - Projects at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage various projects in Bengaluru. You will be expected to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple projects simultaneously - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution - Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines - Prepare regular project status reports for senior management Qualification and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget In this role, you will be measured on the successful completion of projects within the specified timeline and budget.
