Job Description

We are looking for a skilled sales professional with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead our market development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
