Some of your Benefits Cafeteria/ Canteen Easily Reachable Health Insurance Paid Holidays Safe Environment Pune On-Site Freudenberg Filtration Technologies India Private Limited You support our team as AGM - MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE (F/M/D) Responsibilities Lead and manage Manufacturing Excellence and Maintenance team. provide coaching and support to the team Lead the development of all manufacturing processes for products manufactured from product development through serial production Support day to day operations to ensure Safety, quality, throughput and efficiency targets are met Establish and execute plans for expansion including capital equipment and valuestream realignment Promote a culture of continuous improvement, lead initiatives to improve the manufacturing process and reduce costs Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule Proficiency in developing, validating and implementing new processes and methods Qualifications B.E in Mechanical with 15+ years of relevant experience Project management expertise. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects within timeline and budget Expertise in manufacturing process for filtration products Problem solving and Root cause analysis PFMEA, SPC, SMED, Time and motion studies Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve goals, Strong communication and presentation skills Change management and collaborative attitude The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
