AGM HR:

Qualification: MBA / MSW - HR Must Have Manufacturing / Energy / Power / Solar / Experience Background

Knowledge in SAP Is a Advantage

Experience: 15 20 Years

Package: 20 24 Lacs

Age: Around 40 -45 Years

Location: Coimbatore

Only Male Candidates Preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

Experience in handling Contractors and Contract Labours.
Must Be Very Good In IR , Factory Acts, Audits, Documentation and Statutory Compliances
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
