Hi,

We are hiring for a Renowned Developer in New Delhi.

This is a 6 Days working role.

Architect with 12+ years of experience

architectural coordination and project delivery

Position Goals

1. Provide

   architectural design solutions

   for ongoing and upcoming projects.
2. Develop and execute

   innovative design ideas

   aligned with project requirements.
3. Drive

   continuous innovation

   in architecture with a focus on

   sustainable and green development practices

   .
4. Contribute to

   profit maximization

   through effective architectural planning — optimizing leasable areas and reducing costs via design efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators

1. Quality and accuracy of

   designs and drawings

   .

2. Coordination

   with consultants, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

3. Technical liaison

   with government and statutory bodies for timely approvals.

4. Design and drawing reviews

   for accuracy and compliance.
5. Effective

   planning and detailing

   of architectural elements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Profit Maximization

• Optimize project drawings to achieve maximum

  carpet, usable, FAR, built-up, and leasable areas

  .
• Analyze

  floor plate efficiencies

  and loadings to enhance GLA.
• Ensure

  cost reduction

  through design optimization and detailed architectural checks.

2. Architectural Planning

• Improve

  car parking capacity

  while maintaining compliance with norms and standards.
• Enhance

  space utilization and efficiency

  through effective design planning.
• Conduct

  rigorous drawing reviews

  prior to site execution.

3. Coordination

• Ensure

  timely delivery of drawings

  to project sites and coordinate with consultants for design and green development improvements.
• Maintain

  end-to-end coordination

  with external architects, consultants, vendors, and statutory authorities.
• Review and approve vendor drawings in consultation with design partners.

4. In-House Design & Approvals

• Oversee

  pre-, during-, and post-construction approvals

  for all projects.
• Design and plan

  landscape elements

  to enhance overall aesthetics.

5. Documentation & Timely Deliverables

• Implement and monitor

  micro-scheduling

  of drawings and documents.
• Track project progress against timelines and review design updates.
• Provide

  timely project information

  to internal teams for smoother coordination and faster execution.
