Team Lead - Projects (Base Build)

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Projects to manage the base build execution of commercial office/IT space developments in Lucknow. The role requires a strong civil engineering background with a proven track record in handling Base Build projects including structure, RCC works, faade, utilities, and infrastructure development. This position excludes interior fit-outs and focuses purely on civil and structural project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete site execution of base build works for commercial/IT office projects including RCC, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, faade, and other structural elements.
  
• Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, MEP teams (as needed), and external contractors for seamless execution.
  
• Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards at all stages.
  
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, material requirement plans, and daily/weekly progress reports.
  
• Conduct site meetings and ensure alignment between project stakeholders including vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
  
• Supervise contractors work and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, cost control, and timeline management.
  
• Facilitate approvals, inspections, and audits as required by local authorities or internal teams.
  
• Act as the on-site leader and mentor for junior engineers and site supervisors.
  

Key Requirements:

• B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering with 1015 years of relevant experience in base build construction of commercial/IT park projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural engineering practices, and site execution.
  
• Hands-on experience with vendor management, billing verification, and material planning.
  
• Ability to manage large construction sites independently and handle multiple contractors.
  
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD and construction-related tools.
  
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  

Good to Have:

• Experience with reputed real estate developers or PMC firms.
  
• Exposure to sustainable construction techniques and regulatory compliances.
  
• Familiarity with faade systems and building envelope coordination.
