Own the project plan design, budget, approvals, execution, delivery

Execute with Precision

Ensure time, cost, quality, and safety always in sync
Supervise daily progress, resolve bottlenecks, and anticipate risks

Lead People & Power Teams

Inspire project managers, engineers, vendors, and site teams
Drive accountability, clarity, and excellence in execution

Manage Vendors & Stakeholders

Select and supervise contractors, consultants, and vendors
Align with design, legal, sales, and finance for smooth delivery

Report Progress Relentlessly

Weekly dashboards. On-ground insights. No surprises.
Report to MD/CEO with full project health metrics

Education:

Experience:

20+ years leading large-scale residential/Township Projects
Mastery in civil construction, project governance, contracts, and compliance
A blend of on-site grit and boardroom strategy
Strong negotiation, leadership, and techno-commercial skills
Tech-savvy: MS Project / Primavera / ERP / AutoCAD
