We have an opening for Civil Engineer/Civil Executive At Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities-

1. Civil Procurement & Vendor Management:

• Handle all purchase activities related to civil materials and services.
  -Develop, evaluate, and maintain relationships with civil vendors and contractors.-Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery timelines for civil materials and services.

2. Projects & Maintenance:

• Support and execute new civil projects within plant and dormitory premises.
  -Oversee repair and maintenance works in factory buildings, dormitories, and common facilities. -Prepare plans for future repair and maintenance requirements.

3. Cost & Budget Control:

• Forecast repair & maintenance expenses and support budgeting activities.
  -Ensure optimum cost without compromising on quality and safety standards.

4. Compliance & Coordination:

• Ensure all civil works comply with statutory, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of civil projects and maintenance activities.

Key Skills Required:-

• Strong knowledge of

  civil works, construction materials, and processes.

• Experience in

  vendor development and relationship management.

• Negotiation and cost-control skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Planning, forecasting, and problem-solving ability.
