Job Description

Responsibilities:

Plan, execution and supervision of maintenance and project jobs so that they are completed in time, within budget, as per quality and comply with safety norms.
Preparation of budget for civil maintenance and project jobs.
Coordinate daily with other departments for execution of civil maintenance and project jobs and get proper safety permit.
Allocation of job to contractors on daily basis.
Coordinate with consultant/Civil Manger for designing of civil foundation and structures.
Read and interpret the technical drawings & layout of all the facilities & details.
Prepare PR & move orders & tracking of maintenance work done on daily basis
Any other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required for modification & projects activities.
Give TBT, safety talk, BBS, as per defined frequency to civil contract workers.
Listing out the defects & maintenance work of each building-structures regularly.
Check and certify measurement of contractors job.
Maintain sufficient stock of required civil material to ensure smooth execution of job
Take all the site sketch/details of modification in layout & details for updating civill drawings.
Maintain IMS & Housekeeping data related to civil activities.
Coordination and liaison with Factory Inspector, SEZ authorities for civil & project works.
