Job Description

As a Channel Sales Manager for Real Estate Sales, your role involves identifying and activating new channel partners. Your responsibilities include: - Interacting with channel partners to motivate and drive product sales - Negotiating and closing deals for channel partners" customers - Planning and implementing new methods for channel sales while ensuring compliance - Designing new motivational schemes for channel partners to enhance productivity - Suggesting management strategies for new ventures and profitable tie-ups - Handling channel partners to resolve customer queries Additionally, you will manage the channel sales team by: - Providing motivation for high performance - Training new sales team members - Identifying both institutional and non-institutional sales channels - Coordinating with various verticals for sales and after-sales services - Understanding customer trends and requirements - Analyzing past sales data and projecting future sales, with a focus on Thane, Dombivali, and Kalyan Projects In this role, you will need to have an educational background of MBA/Graduate with 10-15 years of work experience. Your success will also depend on arranging periodic meetings with seniors and executives to ensure clear communication within the department.,
