Agile Delivery Manager

As an Agile Delivery Manager for the Infrastructure Program and Project Management in Dubai, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects while ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget constraints aligned with Customer organizational objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects. - Managing relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, monitoring service levels, and ensuring vendors meet their obligations for delivery, quality, and performance. - Managing the evaluation and selection process for new infrastructure vendors to align their offerings with Customer business needs and standards. - Supporting the RFx phases in the procurement process in collaboration with the Customer Product team. - Leading change management efforts to ensure seamless transitions during infrastructure updates or migrations and overseeing incident management for quick issue resolution. - Developing, tracking, and managing project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and performance of infrastructure services. - Engaging with Customer leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to define infrastructure needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet operational goals. - Facilitating key scrum ceremonies and providing consultative support to optimize the efficiency of the delivery framework. You should have 18+ years of experience and possess expertise in infrastructure program and project management to effectively carry out these responsibilities.,
