Agile Delivery Manager

As an Agile Delivery Analyst at Currency Cloud (Visa), your main goal is to identify and eliminate obstacles for the scrum team, allowing everyone to focus on delivering value efficiently and sustainably for both customers and the business. Your responsibilities will revolve around three key questions: - **Quality Requirements:** - Ensure engineers and stakeholders have all necessary documentation and knowledge for delivering value. - Plan and conduct workshops to foster a collaborative approach to defining requirements. - Assist in writing epics and user stories. - **Delivery Management:** - Proactively unblock scrum teams during sprints. - Report and manage operational delivery metrics. - Develop and maintain a delivery roadmap outlining prioritized features and milestones. - Hold the team accountable for delivery commitments and drive continuous improvement. - Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and impacts across teams. - Manage stakeholders effectively. - **Agile & Lean Practices:** - Lead standard agile ceremonies for critical initiatives and complex assignments. - Propose enhancements to agile practices and coach scrum teams on best practices. **Qualifications:** - 5+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree, or 2 years with an advanced degree, or 8+ years of relevant work experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** - At least 1 year of experience as an Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Project Manager in a software-first Fintech or startup. - Deep understanding of Agile principles and processes, with a proven track record of removing impediments and delivering value. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong stakeholder management skills, influencing colleagues in cross-functional teams. - Willingness to challenge the status quo and a curious mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,
