Job Description: Agile Coach

• What you will do in this role:
• Lead the adoption of Agile and Scrum methodologies across teams. • Guide and mentor Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
• Ensure Scrum processes are followed and address impediments.
• Organize and facilitate Scrum events like Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Promote continuous improvement and team performance enhancement.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Scrum processes.
• Mediate conflicts within the team to maintain a productive environment.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and Scrum team activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting project success.

What qualifications you will need:

• Experience: Minimum 6+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in Agile software development environments
• Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks. Experience with Agile tools like Azure DevOps/ JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams toward successful Agile project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple Scrum processes efficiently.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and encourage team self-assessment and adaptation.
• Skilled at identifying impediments and risks and leading conflict resolution within the team.
