Agile Business Analyst

As an Agile Business Analyst at Ideapoke, you will play a crucial role in partnering with product owners and delivery teams to facilitate the agile process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining, documenting, tracking, grooming, estimating, and reviewing user stories, epics, features, and acceptance criteria. - Translating requirements into user stories, user-centric designs, and API definitions. - Maintaining a healthy sprint backlog that aligns with the product backlog, defined MVPs, and priorities. - Advising product owners and stakeholders on options, risks, and creative solutions. - Collaborating cross-functionally with product and delivery teams. - Providing assistance with preliminary functional testing, the definition of test scripts, and the coordination of UAT. - Creating help and training documentation for end users and internal support teams. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences: - Familiarity with backlog management/collaboration tools such as JIRA, Microsoft TFS, Confluence, and SharePoint. - Detailed oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. - Ability to work as a team player and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Experience with the entire software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications required for this role include: - BE / BTech / MTech with MBA. - 5+ years of overall experience and 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Owner.
