Job Description

You are an experienced Business Analyst with a background in the Healthcare domain, responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions to ensure project success. Your primary role and responsibilities include: - Process Improvement & Optimization: - Mapping existing end-to-end billing and tech processes - Reviewing and identifying inefficiencies or bottlenecks - Recommending and implementing workflow improvements for enhanced productivity and reduced claim denials - Using process mapping tools like Visio to document current and future state processes - Requirements Gathering & Documentation: - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business and system requirements - Translating business needs into clear, actionable documentation such as SOPs, process flows, use cases, and user stories - Healthcare Compliance & Quality Assurance: - Ensuring processes comply with ISO and other UK healthcare-related regulations - Identifying risks and recommending controls or audits for maintaining compliance - Data Analysis & Reporting: - Utilizing tools like Power Bi to analyze trends and KPIs - Developing actionable insights from data to guide decision-making - Training and Compliance & Support: - Acting as a bridge between trainer, quality manager, and management to ensure updated training and standardized service delivery - Assisting in training efforts for new systems or processes Your secondary responsibilities may include: - Project Management Support: - Supporting or leading small-scale process improvement or tech implementation projects - Monitoring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure project goals are met - Stakeholder Communication: - Facilitating regular meetings or workshops to align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and outcomes - Communicating findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences - Training & Change Management: - Developing training materials and supporting staff onboarding to new tools or processes - Managing the change process by preparing teams for transition and minimizing disruption You should be proficient in using tools such as Excel, Visio, project management tools like Jira and Trello. Your skills should include business process modeling, data analysis, stakeholder management, knowledge of healthcare regulations, and agile/scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience in the Healthcare domain as a Business Analyst and hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work location is in person.,
