Agile Business Analyst

Role Overview: As an Agile Business Analyst at Ideapoke, you will collaborate with product owners and delivery teams to ensure the successful documentation, grooming, review, tracing, signing-off, and creation of user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, and detailed acceptance criteria. Your role will involve working closely with product teams to prioritize tasks, define technical solutions, maintain agile processes, coordinate feature releases, and update product documentation. Your work will be at the intersection of business and technology, requiring you to understand challenges and opportunities to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Define, document, track, groom, estimate, and review user stories, epics, features, and acceptance criteria. - Follow agile best practices and participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, story grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and product showcases. - Translate requirements into user stories, user-centric designs, and API definitions. - Collaborate with product owners, key stakeholders, and delivery teams to identify solutions. - Maintain a healthy sprint backlog aligned with the product backlog, defined MVPs, and priorities. - Advise stakeholders on options, risks, and creative solutions. - Identify issues, develop resolutions, and obtain sign-off from key stakeholders and end-users. - Create help and training documentation, facilitate product training sessions, and assist with testing and UAT coordination. - Collaborate with business users and technology partners at all levels. Qualifications Required: - BE / BTech / MTech with MBA qualification. - Minimum of 5 years of overall experience with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Owner. - Familiarity with backlog management/collaboration tools such as JIRA, Microsoft TFS, Confluence, and SharePoint. - Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. - Ability to work well in a team, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and perform under pressure with minimal supervision. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with agile development methodologies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to various audiences. - Experience in producing artifacts like user stories, use cases, product requirements, user journeys, and wireframes throughout the software development lifecycle.
