Experience range: 13 to 16 years

As the Agentic and Generative AI Governance & Oversight Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive governance framework that ensures the ethical, secure, and compliant deployment of AI technologies across the organization. This role is central to managing operational AI activities, with a particular focus on Agentic AI systems, which require heightened oversight due to their autonomous nature.
You will lead the development of scalable, policy-driven compliance programs that align with internal standards and external regulations. Your work will safeguard against risks such as bias, privacy violations, and non-compliance, while promoting transparency and accountability in AI decision-making. Additionally, you will manage the lifecycle of AI agents and partner assets, maintaining a robust catalogue of deployments and reusable design patterns. Your leadership will ensure that AI initiatives are not only technically sound but also legally and ethically responsible.
In this role, you will define and implement governance policies and standards for Agentic and Generative AI, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. You will conduct risk assessments across the AI lifecycle - from ideation to retirement -developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential vulnerabilities.
You will monitor compliance and work along with Risk & Legal teams to address evolving regulations such as the EU AI Act and GDPR - translating them into actionable controls across all GenAI and Agentic AI programs. A key responsibility is coordinating reviews and approvals for AI systems, ensuring they meet compliance benchmarks and design standards. You will also oversee the accuracy and integrity of the AI system catalogue, ensuring consistent monitoring, retraining, and validation.
Your role includes promoting transparency and establishing clear accountability for AI operations. You will manage the partner and internal AI agent portfolio, tracking deployments, assessing reusability, and driving continuous improvement of AI assets and governance practices.
Consulting background or experience in a client-facing business analyst role.
