Our platform enables users to upload, edit, enhance, and intelligently analyze video/audio through advanced AI agents. We support multi-tenant workspaces, enterprise-grade access control, and integrations like SSO, SCIM, and AI-powered video intelligence. Were preparing for SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance and are seeking an experienced Penetration Tester to identify and help resolve potential vulnerabilities in our system. Responsibilities: Conduct black-box and gray-box penetration testing of our: Web application (Next.js) REST and GraphQL APIs (FastAPI + NestJS) File upload and media pipelines Cloud infrastructure (AWS: S3, EC2, RDS, Redis, VPC) SSO, SCIM, and RBAC access control flows Simulate real-world attack scenarios to uncover: OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities Multi-tenant access control issues AI/ML injection or misuse pathways Storage or media-processing vulnerabilities Analyze security of AI agent orchestration endpoints and 3rd-party integrations (e.g., TwelveLabs) Identify misconfigurations in IAM roles, S3 bucket policies , and cloud networking Produce detailed technical reports with: Vulnerability descriptions CVSS severity scores Reproduction steps and recommended mitigations Collaborate with engineering teams to validate and prioritize fixes Optionally provide a SOC 2-aligned attestation letter and retesting Required Qualification: 3+ years of hands-on penetration testing experience. Deep understanding of: Web & API security (OWASP Top 10, JWT, CSRF, SSRF, IDOR) AWS security (IAM, S3, EC2, VPC, Secrets Manager) Multi-tenant architecture and RBAC testing File upload, MIME spoofing, and media injection risks Experience with: Pen testing tools (Burp Suite, Postman, Nmap, Trivy, AWS Inspector) Exploiting authentication systems (SSO, SCIM, OAuth, OIDC) Familiarity with AI/ML threat vectors (prompt injection, model abuse) Ability to document findings clearly for technical and non-technical stakeholders Optional: SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit collaboration experience Preferred Certifications: OSCP, OSWE, CEH, CREST, or equivalent AWS Security Specialty (a plus) What We Offer What We Offer: Opportunity to shape the security posture of a fast-growing AI SaaS product Potential long-term security consulting engagement post-test Access to our engineering and DevSecOps team for collaboration.

Role & responsibilities • Provide expert consultancy and guidance for AI and cyber security, with a focus on implementing robust security measures. • Advise on the deployment of security guardrails for Generative AI applications. • Advise on AI ethics and ensure compliance with industry standards. • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations on improving security posture. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI security solutions. • Deliver training sessions on AI security best practices and tools. • Assist in the development of security policies and procedures. • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and cyber security. Preferred candidate profile • Minimum 3 years of experience in AI consultancy or 5-10 years in DEVSECOPS. • Proven track record in cyber consultancy. • AIGP or similar certification. • Cloud security certifications are mandatory. • Certified AI security engineer or proven experience in AI security. • Strong understanding of AI ethics. • Experience in deploying security measures for Generative AI. • Relevant technical and non-technical certifications/memberships in cyber security. • Experience in AI within financial services, particularly corporate banking. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Trainer skillsets.

Expected Role: Security engineering, security architect, manual security code review, threat modeling, cloud security, application security, product security. Proven experience in cybersecurity with a focus on Cloud security, microservices & API Security, AI security, and Zero Trust Architecture. Proficiency in threat modeling and risk assessments across various domains such as AI, Cloud, Network, Infrastructure, and applications. Expertise in security and network architecture, particularly in securing microservices, APIs & cloud native applications. In-depth experience with securing the SDLC, performing secure code reviews, and analyzing penetration testing reports. Proven track record of enhancing cloud security posture and implementing robust controls. Ability to evaluate and recommend mitigation strategies based on penetration testing and threat analysis. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently, lead projects, and mentor junior team members. Bachelors or masters degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks (including NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST 800-53, NIST RMF), COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001 and PCI DSS. Pursue relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, Security+ or industry-specific certifications to enhance cybersecurity proficiency and credibility.

The manager also needs to be able to build an ecosystem that works with multiple user organizations and drive efforts to demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed technologies. Security by/for AI Promoting and implementing trials with user organizations utilizing developed technologies in cooperation with internal and external divisions Conducting experiments and data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of research findings on simulations and real applications Publishing findings in renowned scientific journals and conferences, while also showcasing achievements through presentations at invited talks, conferences, and workshops Integrating various stages of technologies, from early stage in-house-developed to commercially available software, to realize impactful solutions Fostering collaboration across interdisciplinary teams, including esteemed professors, to propel research endeavors forward Managing and leading a team including 4-5 researchers REQUIRED SKILLS: Ph.D. or similar post-graduate qualification in computer science or related field or equivalent research Proven experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning models, especially Generative AI (Hands-on experience with Large Language Models or Diffusion Models advantage) A passion for cyber security and Anti-disinformation Proficiency in Python/PyTorch and popular data science libraries Good research track record and publications in top-tier conferences and journals Experience in leading research collaboration projects with tangible outcomes.
