Job Title: Agency Sales / Business Development Executive – Digital Sales Company Overview: We are on a mission to provide digital marketing services, build tech solutions & scale them the RIGHT way! Position Overview: We are seeking a results-oriented and client-focused professional to join our sales team as a Business Development Executive. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our digital marketing services to potential partners and agencies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, primarily agencies and brand partners. Identify and pursue business opportunities aligned with the agency’s service offerings, including performance marketing, content solutions, and digital media planning. Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals tailored to client objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (strategy, media, creative teams) to ensure seamless proposal development and campaign execution. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to support strategic sales planning. Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets. Qualifications & Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development within a digital marketing agency, ad-tech firm, or media organization. Sound understanding of digital marketing platforms and solutions, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer marketing, and content production. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a professional approach to client engagement. Proven ability to manage multiple prospects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline. Preferred Skills: Exposure to handling agency relationships or direct brand pitches. Familiarity with campaign reporting, basic analytics, and media planning.
