Role Description This is a full-time role for an Agency Sales Manager, based on-site in Kolkata. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance consultants, developing sales strategies, and driving the sales performance of the agency. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales activities, providing mentorship and support to the sales team of Advisors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and achieving target goals.
