Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Dwarka. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing a team of agents, tracking performance metrics, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This position requires close collaboration with various departments to develop strategies for achieving business targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency.
