Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai for an Agency Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing a team of agents, driving sales, developing business strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team leadership and motivation abilities
• Knowledge of life insurance products and regulations
• Any Bachelor degree.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
