Job Description

As an Agency Manager at Criteo in India, your role will involve collaborating with agencies from contract to implementation, working closely with the account strategist team to optimize ad campaigns. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and upselling post-sale communications with agency partners. Your key responsibilities will include: - Growing Criteo's revenue share from Big6 and independent agencies - Signing, monitoring, and growing preferred partnerships with top agencies - Organizing regular meetings and agency roadshows to ensure a smooth flow of new briefs - Effectively managing relationships with agencies to strengthen partnerships - Aggressively growing revenue and tracking retention of agencies - Owning contact, event, and deal information for all clients within the agency - Working with account strategists to optimize accounts for improved client performance - Proactively identifying and suggesting new processes to enhance Criteo's service and encouraging feedback from customers To qualify for this role, you should have: - A BA/BS university degree - At least 5+ years of proven relevant sales experience with a track record of sales achievement - Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, DMP, or other online advertising company - The ability to assess and resolve advertiser/agency issues - Excellent knowledge of the India digital advertising and advertising technology market - Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and decision-making - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop solid working relationships - Strong analytical and Excel skills, with past management reporting experience - The ability to provide thought leadership internally and externally Criteo is a global commerce media company that enables marketers and media owners to deliver richer consumer experiences and drive better commerce outcomes through its industry-leading Commerce Media Platform.
