Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Agency Manager, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Agency Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance agents, achieving sales targets, developing and implementing effective business strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role also involves mentoring and training the team to optimize performance and explore potential markets to drive new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team effectively.
• Proven sales and business development skills, including target achievement and networking capabilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Understanding of insurance products, including health, personal accident, and travel insurance, is preferred.
• Proficiency in planning and executing sales strategies and campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus.
• High level of integrity and compliance with industry and organizational policies.
