Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for an Agency Manager. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring performance, conducting regular meetings, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The Agency Manager will also focus on client relationship management and identifying potential sales opportunities to drive business growth.
