Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Kolkata. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing agency operations, recruiting and training insurance agents, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The individual will also be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide ongoing support and motivation to the agency team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, team leadership, and recruitment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of health insurance products and the insurance market
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in market analysis and performance metrics
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the health insurance industry is beneficial
