IncrementX:

IncrementX is the Vertical Audience Platform Representing Asian & Western Digital Publishers in a cross geography. We are the Programmatic Monetization and Brand Solutions Revenue Partner for Publishers. We provide a global sales force, partnerships & technology with unique expertise to minimize the surprises publishers face in cross geography and help Brands and Agencies in Reaching Niche Multicultural Audiences.

 

Job responsibilities:

•Drive overall revenue generation and P&L management for the North region.

•Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team in the North market.

•Develop and execute sales strategies for Agency & Direct Brand sales, with strong focus on Programmatic, In-App, and Strategic Alliances.

•Build and nurture relationships with agencies, brands, and key decision-makers in the North India market.

•Achieve and exceed sales targets by closely monitoring KPIs and ensuring business objectives are met.

•Partner with cross-functional teams (AdOps, Product, Client Servicing) for seamless campaign delivery and client success.

•Provide market intelligence and competitor insights from the North region to management.

•Manage forecasting, pipeline development, and reporting on sales performance.

•Represent the company at regional industry forums, digital marketing events, and trade conferences.

 

Requirements:

•10–12 years of experience in Agency & Digital Media Sales, preferably in North India.

•Strong understanding of Programmatic and In-App advertising ecosystems.

•Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing teams.

•Established network of agencies and brands in the North region.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

•Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
