Agency Growth Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for prospecting, meeting, and converting potential customers to achieve sales targets effectively. Your role will involve conducting day-to-day sales and recruiting activities to select high-quality Agency Leaders and Insurance Advisors. Besides, you will need to train the Agency Leaders and Insurance Advisors through classroom and on-the-job training to help them meet their sales and recruitment targets. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect, meet, and convert potential customers to achieve sales targets - Conduct day-to-day sales and recruiting activities - Select good quality Agency Leaders and Insurance Advisors through presentations and constant follow-ups - Collect necessary documentation and ensure attendance of prospective Advisors and Agency Leaders in training programs - Train the Agency Leaders and Insurance Advisors through classroom and on-the-job training - Achieve business targets by setting individual targets for each team member - Motivate and develop the team of Agency Leaders and Insurance Advisors - Conduct motivational sessions, focus group discussions, and feedback programs - Utilize storytelling skills effectively - Understand persistency ratio and life insurance products - Have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in life insurance agency hierarchy - Be experienced as a mentor and coach to MDRT agents - Have been promoted and qualified for sales conventions and overseas trips Qualifications Required: - Possess good sales closing ratio - Demonstrate leadership skills to motivate and develop the team - Understand agency compensation and variable model - Willingness to do field sales Additional Details: Ageas Federal Life Insurance is the company offering this opportunity.
