Role Overview: As an Agency Growth Manager, your main role will be to prospect, meet, and convert potential customers to consistently achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for recruiting good quality Insurance Advisors by prospecting, identifying, and sourcing them through presentations, constant follow-ups, and collecting necessary documentation. Additionally, you will ensure the attendance of prospective Advisors in the training programme and provide training through classroom and on-the-job training to help them achieve sales targets. Your goal will be to achieve business targets by setting individual targets for each Advisor in the team and leading, motivating, and developing the team of Insurance Advisors. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect, meet & convert potential customers to achieve sales targets - Recruit good quality Insurance Advisors through presentations and follow-ups - Train Insurance Advisors through classroom and on-the-job training - Achieve business targets by setting individual targets for Advisors - Lead, motivate, and develop the team of Insurance Advisors Qualification Required: - Any Degree or Diploma - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales Company Additional Details: The company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring in-person work. Note: Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
