Job Description

As an Agency Growth Manager (AGM), your role involves prospecting, meeting, and converting potential customers to consistently achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for recruiting a good quality of Insurance Advisors by prospecting, identifying, and sourcing them through presentations, constant follow-ups, collection of necessary documentation, and ensuring their attendance at the training program. Your key responsibilities will include achieving business targets by planning and implementing the achievement of sales targets month after month. This will involve setting individual targets for each of the Advisors in the team, considering their potential and the total business target. Additionally, you will lead, motivate, and develop the team of Insurance Advisors by sustaining their motivation through personal examples, conducting motivational sessions, feedback programs, etc. Qualification & Experience Required: - Any Degree or Diploma - Minimum of 3 years of experience The company offers the following benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Internet reimbursement - Provident Fund Please note that the age limit for this position is up to 33 years.
