As an Agency Growth Manager - AGM, your role involves prospecting, meeting, and converting potential customers to consistently achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for recruiting a good quality of Insurance Advisors by prospecting, identifying, and sourcing through presentations, constant follow-ups, collection of necessary documentation, and ensuring attendance in the training program. Additionally, you will need to achieve business targets by planning and implementing the achievement of sales targets month after month, setting individual targets for each Advisor in the team, considering their potential and the total business target. Your main responsibilities will also include leading, motivating, and developing the team of Insurance Advisors. You are expected to sustain a motivated team through personal examples and conducting motivational sessions, feedback programs, etc. Qualification & Experience Required: - Any Degree or Diploma - 3 years of relevant experience In this role, you will be entitled to benefits such as: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Internet reimbursement - Provident Fund Please note that the age limit for this position is up to 33 years.
