We are seeking energetic and driven sales professionals to join our Agency Channel team. The role involves recruiting, developing, and managing Agency Partners to drive life insurance sales across Mumbai.
Recruit, onboard & activate Agency Partners for life insurance distribution.
Drive business through partner productivity and field activities.
Conduct training & motivation sessions for Agency Partners.
Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure partner retention.
Track performance and ensure quality business acquisition.
Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Graduation is mandatory.
1-5 years of experience in Agency / Field Sales / Life Insurance / BFSI preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated & team-development focused.
Ability to guide, motivate, and support partners effectively.
