Key Responsibilities: Recruit insurance advisors/agents to build a strong agency network. Train, motivate and support advisors to sell insurance products. Drive sales targets through the agency team. Conduct regular meetings, training, and performance reviews with advisors. Promote company products and ensure product knowledge among advisors. Build and maintain good relationships with customers and advisors. Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations. Monitor daily/weekly sales activities and prepare reports.
