Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sheohar for an Agency Development Manager position. The responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring agents to ensure a productive team. The role involves achieving business targets, building strong relationships with agents, and implementing strategies to improve sales performance and customer service.
