Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Development Manager based in Palai. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring, and supervising a team of agents to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This role involves monitoring team performance, strategizing to meet organizational objectives, and implementing effective sales techniques. Additionally, the role requires fostering relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with agents and clients
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, performance monitoring, and achieving set targets
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for driving business growth
  • Willingness to work on-site and collaborate in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; prior experience in sales or the insurance industry is advantageous
  • Knowledge of local markets and language skills of the region is a plus
