Collaborate closely with the Product and Tech teams to ensure the design vision is implemented effectively. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions. Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in childrens educational apps. Ensure the design adheres to safety and privacy standards, particularly those relevant to children's products. Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in design, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role; proven experience in leading design teams and managing design projects from conception to completion. Strong portfolio showcasing design work on kids products, with an emphasis on screen-based applications. Experience working on products for US kids is a significant advantage. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
