RESPONSIBILITIES 1. SITE SURVEY & MEASUREMENT a. Visit sites as per schedule shared by Customer Care or Sales. b. Take accurate measurements of doors/windows/openings. c. Capture site photos and note technical observations (e.g. wall condition, floor level). d. Upload measurement data to the designated format (Excel/CRM) within the same day. 2. COORDINATION FOR QUOTATION a. Share measured sizes, specifications, and site requirements with the Technical Coordinator or Sales team for accurate quotation. 3. PRE-INSTALLATION CHECK a. Re-verify measurements before production (if needed). b. Coordinate with the fabrication team to ensure readiness of materials. 4. INSTALLATION SUPERVISION a. Coordinate and supervise the installation team/fabricators at the site. b. Ensure proper alignment, fitting, sealing, and finishing of uPVC, WPC, or FRP products. c. Resolve any on-site technical challenges or escalate to the office if needed. 5. CUSTOMER COORDINATION a. Communicate with the customer regarding site readiness and installation dates. b. Ensure customer is present or represented at the time of installation. 6. POST-INSTALLATION REVIEW a. Inspect all installed units for alignment, smooth operation, and finish. b. Take final site photos and get customer feedback/sign-off. c. Ensure cleaning of the work area after installation. 7. SERVICE & COMPLAINT HANDLING a. Attend service calls assigned by the Customer Care Coordinator. b. Diagnose and solve technical issues such as alignment, locks, gaps, etc. 8. DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING a. Maintain site visit logs, measurement records, and installation checklists. b. Submit installation checklists and client sign-offs. c. Report delays, issues, or material shortages to the Execution Manager. d. Take site photos for record and client updates. e. Update job cards and get customer acknowledgment. TOOLS & EQUIPMENT USED a. Measuring tape, spirit level, laser meter (if available), Allen Keys, Screwdrivers (Philips & Flat), Silicon sealant & gun, Hammer, Brush, Knife, Chisel, Screws (20 Different sizes), Cutter, Cutting Blade. b. Phone with camera for site documentation c. Safety gear (helmet, gloves if needed). SAFETY & COMPLIANCE a. Ensure all team members wear appropriate PPE. b. Monitor safe use of tools, ladders, and lifting of heavy materials. c. Stop any unsafe practices and report incidents. d. Comply with site-specific safety policies and client protocols.
