Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents. The role will involve setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and developing strategies to achieve business goals. This position also requires building and maintaining strong relationships with agents to ensure high levels of engagement and productivity. Additionally, the role includes conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents
Strong sales and business development skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Knowledge of market research and strategic planning
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
