Key Responsibilities:
1. Agency Recruitment & Development

Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential agents or advisors.

Conduct interviews, evaluations, and selection processes in line with company standards.

Drive agent productivity and ensure retention.
2. Training & Coaching

Provide initial and ongoing training to agents on products, sales techniques, and compliance.

Conduct regular one-on-one mentoring sessions and performance reviews.

Organize development programs to enhance agent capabilities.
3. Sales & Business Development

Achieve assigned sales targets through agency channel.

Guide agents in sales planning, prospecting, and closing deals.

Promote cross-selling and upselling of financial products.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track performance of agents on a regular basis and ensure alignment with business goals.

Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
5. Compliance & Customer Service

Ensure agents adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Promote customer-first approach within the team.

Handle escalated client issues and ensure high satisfaction.
