Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide technical advice and expert support for complex repair activities to dealers/third parties.
Assess, monitor, and improve the technical assessment and operational capacity (manpower, facility) of all service partners.
Manage Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) quality and resolve all dealer operational concerns related to Work Quality and Manpower standards.
Coordinate product and technical concerns with the Manufacturing Quality team, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to Turnaround Time for the assigned territory.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Proficiency in market research, financial forecasting, and budget management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
Must have min 1 Year of experience in After Market Service in Electric Vehicle (4 wheeler).
