Aftermarket Manager

About the job

We are seeking a dynamic Manager – After Market professional to drive the growth of our telematics product line in both B2B and aftermarket segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible to lead the team for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies & building strong customer relationships.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B and aftermarket segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including fleet managers, and distributors.

Marketing and Branding:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Create compelling marketing collateral, including product brochures, presentations, and case studies.
• Manage social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Channel Management:

• Establish and manage a strong network of distributors and channel partners.
• Provide training and support to channel partners to drive sales.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Analyse telematics market data to optimize sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA in Sales & Marketing will add value
• Strong understanding of the B2B and aftermarket segments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

• 15+ Years of relevant experience in Automotive Electronics / Telematics industry
