Job Purpose:

集塵機関連（IAF = Industrial Air Filtration）製品の販売とメンテンナンスサービスのSupervision(SV)（※主＝アフターマーケット市場）

• 販売計画の達成に向けた活動
• 市場調査・競合分析～販売活動
• 設備設置の立ち合い～部品の交換対応、メンテナンスSV
  

Key Accountabilities:

• 市場調査および競合分析（特にアフターマーケット市場に関して）
• 新規顧客の開拓およびA・B顧客とのビジネス拡大
• ドナルドソンWill-Fitビジネスを含む新たな機会の創出
• 顧客からの問い合わせ対応およびトラブルシューティング
• 機器の保守・交換作業の監督
• ドキュメント作成（保守報告書、会議議事録、顧客提出書類など）
• 顧客への見積もり提出およびプレゼンテーション
• 売上および利益率の管理、定期的な社内報告
• パートナー開発および契約締結（秘密保持契約（NDA）、基本契約（MSA）など）
• 年間保守契約の締結
• トレーニング資料の作成
• サービス技術者へのトレーニング実施
• 顧客、サプライヤー、社内組織間の調整業務
  

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Education Qualification:

• 高卒以上
  

Technical Competence & Skills:

• 集塵機営業、技術、サービスに携わった経験（３年以上）
• 必須：お客様の現場での作業経験、エクセル中級以上、PC、ソフトウェアの利用、書類作成、電話＆伝言対応、記録作成
• 推奨：英語（ビジネスレベル）
• スピードを求められる環境において、独立して、またはチームと協力して働ける方

• 外出週２～3日、週末の現場SVあり（最大月2回）
