Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an After Sales Service Specialist located in Gurugram. The After Sales Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing service requests, coordinating with service partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will also maintain service records, conduct follow-ups to resolve issues promptly, and provide technical support to customers as needed.

• Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
• Technical Support and Problem-Solving abilities
• Experience in managing service requests and coordinating with service partners
• Record-Keeping and Attention to Detail skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using service management software or tools is a plus
• Prior experience in the consumer electronics industry is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
