After Sales and Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct Regular Repairs & Maintenance of Drones:

  Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drones and equipment across both own and partner fleets. Ensure all systems are functioning properly and perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.

• Provide Troubleshooting Support to Partners:

  Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to partners experiencing equipment or drone issues. Provide timely solutions to minimize operational disruptions.

• Manage Inventory for Spare Parts & Supplies:

  Oversee the inventory of spare parts and supplies required for drone repair and maintenance. Ensure that the team has the necessary resources to complete maintenance tasks efficiently and on schedule.

• Coordinate Maintenance Schedules to Minimize Disruption:

  Develop and manage maintenance schedules for drones and equipment to minimize disruptions to operations. Work closely with both internal teams and partners to ensure repairs are completed with minimal downtime.

• Monitor Equipment Performance & Identify Potential Issues:

  Regularly monitor the performance of equipment and drones in the fleet, identifying any potential issues before they become critical. Work proactively to ensure long-term equipment reliability.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used. Provide detailed reports on completed tasks, outstanding issues, and any recurring maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Education:

  A technical degree or diploma in engineering, electronics, or a related field.

• Experience:

  At least 1-2 years of experience in drone maintenance, fleet management, or a related technical field.

• Technical Skills:

  Strong knowledge of drone systems, mechanics, and electronics. Experience in repair and troubleshooting is essential.

• Attention to Detail:

  High level of accuracy in diagnosing problems and executing maintenance tasks.

• Problem-Solving Skills:

  Ability to quickly and efficiently identify issues and provide effective solutions.

• Inventory Management:

  Experience in managing inventory, tracking parts, and ensuring the timely procurement of necessary supplies.

• Communication Skills:

  Strong communication skills to interact with partners, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Time Management:

  Ability to manage maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
