Back End Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Backend:

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS
• Manage databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Integrate and manage event-driven architecture using Kafka
• Deploy and scale backend services on Azure and AWS
• Containerize backend services using Docker
• Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes

Collaboration & Quality:

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and DevOps teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in TypeScript
• Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot performance or integration issues
• Follow Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups,

and retrospectives

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, and NestJS
• Hands-on experience with React.js and React Native
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Good understanding of Azure and AWS cloud services
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka for event streaming
• Experience with Docker for containerization
• Knowledge of Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and SDLC best practices.

Good to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Redis, GraphQL
• Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack
• Experience with JWT, OAuth2, or other authentication mechanisms
• Familiarity with microservices and serverless architecture
